Grow your startup with the LUCK Concept
You probably run a Startup. Or planning to. Or wish your corporation to act as one.
Running a company is probably one of the scariest things you can do – and the most marvelous and cool things. You will NEVER regret it. But…
Except for your idea, there’s people. And people are different. In the old era of Industrialism that was a problem whilst in a Startup that’s a blessing. But…
It’s troublesome. As one of my followers, Ina Forsberg of the band “Majestee of Sweden” once said “I wanted creativity – but now we’re flooded with creativity”. Creativity is great, and we can’t live without it. But…
There’s timing. But how to get all individuals active – yet able to find a main road forward.
The LUCK Concept
The LUCK Concept is an integrated model targeted for the future corporations – and the ones prepared to take step into a new paradigm already today. The concept includes the four areas of
Brain Knowledge – with all of its great functionality and adaptability – as well as its shortcomings
The Coaching style of leadership and dialog – opening for freedom of thought, responsibility and goal fulfillment. Basically a philosophy based on humanity.
Unifying communications – for the first time in history we access a truly democratic tool – with the “many to many” style of tools based on the internet – we may create a truly involving culture.
Lean Thinking – another philosophy-based area for business activities: with respect for humanity we create a No Blame culture in areas of one-piece-flow, agile project activities and responsible use of resources – human and nature
