The Employee Engagement Crisis
Gallup released a report earlier this year – revealing terrible numbers of employee engagement

Gallup earlier this year released a report on a subject they’ve been following in the US since year 2000: Employment engagement. I will return to this but let’s visualize pretty terrible numbers:
32% – the engagement of employees in the US.
13% – well, that’s for the rest of us.
If that wasn’t bad enough, the numbers show no signs of getting any better, despite huge investments. We need to check this further, and I will do so in a few days.
As we’re in the area of team improvement – we can not just accept these numbers. Indeed it IS an engagement crisis. For today, just let this sink in. And for you who are interested and want more – check this link!
