The story of the coffee maker and hidden services
Are you offering services unknown by your customers? Most services include functionality never used by the customer. This struck my mind recently when I attended the #e2innovate / #e2conf conference in Santa Clara this month. How often have you seen that coffee boiler in your room? How often has it come to use? With my body jetlagged I woke up a couple of hours too early. So, treatment I brought up that perculator type machine. An I found it an amazing little thing. The tray easily slided in and provided me with surprisingly good coffe. And you know how picky we Swedes are on coffee! It struck my mind – how about OUR offerings? What services are hidden, or even known/seen – but never used?
